Ruby Mountain Resource Center is a non-profit 501c3 corporation licensed with the State of Nevada in Elko, Nevada. We are a Job-Training facility providing high quality, community-based services to individuals with disabilities.
WORK OPPORTUNITIES / JOB TRAINING
Ruby Mountain Resource Center mainly employs adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They work with RMRC as a training unit. RMRC also employs several sales associates, and a team of management who all work together to make the programs work.
- Food distribution twice a month through ‘Hunger One-Stop Shop’ grant.
- Integration of the disabled population into the community workforce, by working with Vocational Rehabilitation.
- We are working on being able to assist families and clients from former adult day care centers by providing similar services
- RMRC is always working on new initiatives. All of them revolve around bettering our employees, the stores, but most of all, the community.
TRAINING SITE / RETAIL STORE INFORMATION
Our training site includes the thrift store and clothing botique, shredding, aluminum recycling and more!
Ruby Mountain Resource Center is the place to go for a clean, fun, and organized shopping experience. Try us before going to more expensive department stores. RMRC, as we are more commonly known in the community, offers clothes, shoes, furniture, appliances, and so much more between the two stores that we run.
Hours of Operation
Summer Hours: Monday-Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Winter Hours (Starts Nov. 1): Monday-Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
